The Kappa #KeepPerforming campaign invites people to explore new horizons and perform at their best throughout their everyday life. It affirms Kappa’s belief that you can achieve any goal you set for yourself if you continue to work at it and that this endurance is what will make us all stronger together, even while apart.

We want to keep on inspiring, giving strength and generating positivity during these difficult times caused by the global pandemic.

We’ve brought together 5 talents who represent a wide variety of interests in the local South African market, each with their own story, own challenges and own triumphs.







NJELIC | Musician

Born and raised in Soweto, Njelic is a multitalented musician who defines the true atmosphere of township flavour. Njelic’s proudest moment is being classified as multiplatinum selling artist. #KeepPerforming for him means continuing to show the word his talent and what he’s capable of.

SASHA | Model & Youtuber

Sasha is a model and YouTuber who has spent the past few years creating content and living her best life while at it. A true go-getter who does not run away from a challenge, Sasha has pushed herself to do things she never thought she would. #KEEPperforming to her is about working hard and getting out of her comfort zone.

MARS | Graffiti Artist

Mars is a traditional graffiti artist with an energetic painting style. To him #KEEPperforming means carrying on with the momentum and producing great paintings at a high level. Through his challenges he allows for creative ideas to flow, and the result is spontaneous and vibrant works of art.


From Soweto to the world: these unique and multi-faceted dancers are also multi platinum selling artists. Their craft began when they were young teenagers which was around the same time Kappa was establishing itself in their community. They are their own motivation and #KEEPperforming to them means elevating themselves to be original and to keep innovating.

JANINE VAN WYK | Soccer Player

Janine Van Wyk is a soccer player, 2 x Olympian and captain of our national women’s soccer team, Banyana Banyana. She grew up in Germiston and started playing soccer at the age of 6.Her passion and love for the game keeps her in the game. She believes nothing worth having comes easy and that’s why she strives to #KEEPperforming.
